Reservations
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a $20 deposit is required via Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
Late Arrival
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Arrival Time
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of two or more treatments.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to a $25 re-booking fee prior to scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of my clients and myself is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times i will be functioning in an “on call” status and have to traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain great respect & professionalism.
Inclement Weather Policy
LiveYaLife Wellness Spa’s standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the metro area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice due to COVID-19. We will do our best to keep my clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although I offer planned spa packages for your convenience, you are welcome to combine any of our spa services for a custom package that meets your needs.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip in the tip jar in the room or upon check out at the front desk with cash only or digitally via Zelle, Cash App, or PayPal.
Check in
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at LiveYaLife Wellness Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary snack & water available in our relaxation area.
Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. LiveYaLife Wellness spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
Return Policy
It is my mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our juice or spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 3 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at LiveYaLife Wellness Spa.
Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.
Modesty Concerns/What to wear
Clean Athletic gear & open toe shoes.
Professionalism
We here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If we ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, we will stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
Cell Phones
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and watches to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform staff if you need to make a phone call so that you may do so. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
The following interim guidelines have been developed in accordance to provide a safe and healthy environment for both
clients and staff.
SELF ASSESSMENT
At the time of your booking a COVID-19 Screening questionnaire will be email. This questionnaire is to be completed prior to your arrival to the spa. You will be asked to stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19; including but not limited to fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and/or loss of sense of smell. Due to the ongoing pandemic we are currently relaxing our cancellation policy.
SCREENING UPON ARRIVAL AT THE CLINIC
Please call (901)406-4783 for pick up before entering the salon. All clients will be asked if they have completed the COVID-19 questionnaire and will be screened on the questionnaire prior to gaining entry to the treatment areas.
Only clients who have been screened and are not experiencing any COVID-19, cold, or flu symptoms will be permitted to enter the salon and proceed with treatment.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
Clients will be required to arrive at the spa at the time of their appointments. The salon waiting area is no longer available. We ask that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointments.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We ask all clients to wear a mask upon arrival at the salon. Masks must be worn for the full duration of the time you are at the salon except when you are in the treatment area alone for aromatherapy. Non-surgical masks, and cloth masks are all sufficient.
HAND HYGIENE
Clients are required to use hand sanitizer (that will be found at the hand sanitization station in the salon) upon entering and leaving the salon.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Booking your follow-up appointment should be done at the front desk at the end of the session. Additionally, appointments may be booked via phone, email, or online at https://www.liveyalifejuices.com.
ENHANCED CLEANING
We have implemented a cleaning protocol for all common areas, surfaces and equipment between each client. All frequent touch points have been removed such as magazines, and cups of water. Extra time between clients has been allocated for additional cleaning as well as a reduction in the number of guests in the salon to ensure thorough sanitization at all times.
